Rule #2 If you are going to use water color with a very wet page; get Stampin Ups water color paper instead of using card stock. It has been my experience that if you are only using a small amount of water to blend, Stampin Ups card stock is great. If you feel the area is getting too wet, just move to a different area giving it time to dry.
Rule #3 When using markers, use a light touch on the page. I love Stampin Up markers. The brush tip because allow me to add only the amount of color I want on the page. You will feel like you are not even touching the page. Then, when I use the blending marker it just moves the color around, making blending easy.
Now enjoy coloring pages no one else has, because they are unique to you. You created them from start to finish.
